Shipping & Returns
Most of our products are made in our factory on receipt of an order. This means that your product received personal attention and as such it may take a little longer to create that 'Off the shelf' products offered by other outlets.
Please therefore allow 21 days for delivery from the day of your order being confirmed by us. In most circumstances we will ship your product within a few days but at busy times or holidays, this may not be possible. If your order is a special gift for a specific date please let us know via email;
Return & Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order please contact us so that we can help and rectify the issue in good time. We pride ourselves on 10yrs of excellent reviews and feedback and we will always try to put things right for you.
In the event of a product being returned please note that we can only accept returns that have been authorised by our team. To gain authorisation you should Email us and outline the issue. We will then endeavour to sort the issue and if necessary give authorisation for a return.
We cannot accept returns of products that have had personalisation added unless the product is shown to be faulted or damaged.
